When entering a booth at IMTS with a mission to learn more about a particular technology or ask a specific question, it is always comforting to be greeted by welcoming booth staff who are knowledgeable as well. The silver lining is when the staff is also upper management of the company, including CEOs, who are not only happy to personally meet prospective and current customers, but are anxious to answer questions about specific applications or teach booth visitors about their technology of expertise.

This is the experience that Heule Precision Tools (booth 431352) offers its booth visitors. “If there is one time that our customers and potential customers have the benefit of experiencing the combination of the largest amount of experience and knowledge in hole finishing solutions for high volume manufacturing, it’s at IMTS,” says Lynn Bissell, sales and marketing coordinator at Heule. She cites the company’s family-owned Swiss culture to the open and welcoming feel that guests experience in the booth.

Ulf Heule, the founder’s son who is the current CEO, Ulf’s son Rik and his wife Rita, who both work in the family business, are in the booth Tuesday through Thursday during the event. Gary Brown, the North American president, is at the show Monday through Friday. Brown has worked with the Heules for 29 years, so they are like family to him. Bill Hargrove, the national sales manager, has worked for the company for 12 years and has been in the machining industry for more than 25 years, is in the booth from Tuesday through Saturday.

Heule is featuring the Cofa cross-bore deburring tool, which is specifically designed to provide both front and back deburring on even and uneven surfaces. As part of Heule’s X-Bores line of cross-bore deburring tools, Cofa is a standard tool that is suitable for all ranges of materials and surfaces.
