Technology is advancing at increasing rates, and it brings with it solutions to so many issues we face on the shop floor. But is it addressing the most important concerns? Our younger employees seem well equipped to work with the newest methods of research and electronic communication, but we need to make sure we merge these skills with the mastery of our craft that can take years of hands-on experience to develop.
