Rego-Fix USA’s PowRGrip system is designed for stable toolholding when machining parts made from all types of materials. The PowRGrip’s press-fit toolholding is designed to provide higher precision, with greater vibration damping for longer tool life and optimal part surface finishes.

The PowRGrip tool clamping/unclamping units use automated tool setters and can load a tool into the toolholder in under 10 seconds. The unit can achieve a 1,100 Nm clamping torque rating, and its 0.0001" total indicator runout (TIR) is guaranteed throughout five years or 20,000 tool setting cycles, according to the company. The technology uses neither heat nor hydraulics, so tools are safe to handle immediately after the clamping cycle concludes.

Rego-Fix also provides advanced coolant management systems engineered to overcome the thermal, lubrication and chip-control challenges faced in modern machining. These include PG Cryogen (CO₂) cooling for temperature-sensitive materials, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) technology for cleaner machining and reduced fluid consumption, as well as external coolant delivery options that improve chip evacuation and process stability.
