Cool Clean’s Omega 1500 CO2 spray cleaning module is a powerful, but portable CO2 cleaning devise.

This tabletop cleaning module delivers a precisely controlled stream of solid CO2 particles at high velocities to the designated part or surface. By selecting the appropriate nozzles, the device is capable of cleaning dust, debris and light oils from plastic, metal or glass parts, as well as laser-weld soot and solder flux removal.

The cleaning process is dry which enables  parts to be cleaned without removal of moisture-sensitive components, resulting in reduced human interaction, higher throughput and decreased cost-of-ownership.

The system can be standalone or an integrated system. The Omega 1500 requires only a small footprint and can be retrofit onto existing automation and robotics. Installation is fast with a single, front panel I/O connector and integrated single-point of connection facilities.

Cool Clean specializes in sustainable, waterless and no-touch CO2 solutions.
