JM Performance Knobs Eliminate Toolholder Expansion

JM Performance Products’ high torque retention knobs are designed to eliminate toolholder expansion, a cause of vibration, chatter, run-out, poor finishes and poor tolerances in CNC milling. According to the company, the knobs improve tool performance, even in the harshest environments. These retention knobs are said to increase tool life by as much as 20 percent, improve finishes, shorten cycle times and increase productivity. They are made from U.S. steel with 400 styles available. According to the company, the retention knobs make CNC milling using V-flange tooling the most precise and productive tooling available.
