The Aeroex Mist-Fit can be fitted on virtually any machine to eliminate mist, smoke and fine particles.
Aeroex Mist-Fit compact mist collectors clear a machine shop environment of a machine tool’s harmful byproducts in large and small applications. These units eliminate mist, smoke and fine particles. The oil or coolant is designed to drain back to the CNC machine to which it is mounted.
These mist collectors can be fitted to virtually any machine, from five-axis machining centers to Swiss-type lathes. Aeroex’s engineering team will work with a shop to identify the right unit for an application and customize it to the needs at hand. A certified medical-grade HEPA filter can be added to remove smoke from a production facility or apply accessories to simplify the installation process.
The Mist-Fit, which contains a fiber bed filter, has a footprint of 15” x 15” and according to the company is easily machine mounted.
