Cuyahoga Falls-based HEH (Hagarty Eichele Hagarty) Group has added Advanced Spindle Technology (AST) to it’s stable of system integration, machine tools sales and automation service for the manufacturing industry. AST is a North Carolina company specializing in spindle repair services for all makes of machine tools.

The company is headed by industry veteran Bob Hodge and is set up to provide full service spindle repair and retrofit with quick turnaround. A spindle that's not working means that the machine tool isn't being productive and a shop is losing money because of downtime.

Bob Hagarty, CEO of HEH Group says, “We are thrilled to add Advanced Spindle Technology to our roster of cutting edge machine tool companies that include Ultra Tech Machinery, Motch & Eichele and Crotts and Saunders.
