Dynamic Systems’ Advanced Checkmate mobile application uses barcodes to manage inventory and upload the information to any accounting system. The app is designed for small firms as well as larger manufacturers, distributors and wholesale companies.

The app records inventory from receiving through storage and shipping and has a feature to count inventory and print a discrepancy report. According to the company, this provides the speed and accuracy of using barcode software without the cost of implementing a warehouse system. The application features middleware that stores the information collected and uploads the data to an ERP or accounting system.

The system includes hardware, training and support. It works in the warehouse, in coolers and freezers and on the loading dock. The data collected includes inventory totals, receipts and shipping information. According to the company, results from implementing the software includes increased productivity, elimination of duplicate data entry and the ability to invoice at the time of shipping without delay.
