The EcoCcore from Ecoclean works in an enclosed system and is designed for the cleaning of large quantities of parts to meet cleanliness specifications, working either with non-halogenated hydrocarbons or modified alcohols. The system features the preliminary vapor degreasing function which removes the oil from the parts to the distillation tank and uses ultrasonic and filtration at the same time, according to the company.
The company also has recent process developments such as low-pressure plasma cleaning for high-demands in surface preparation, on ultrafine cleaning systems for medical and machine tool productions and its CareConnect platform.
