Master Fluid Solutions says its Trim E715 for the North American market is a versatile, universally applicable emulsion provides superior lubricity and corrosion protection to a wide range of materials with minimal maintenance. The cutting oil’s stable formula is said to enable consistent machining to deliver high-quality parts.
E715 is a versatile emulsion that is compatible with cast iron, yellow metal and copper as well as Inconel, steel alloys and other exotic alloys. The company says it provides long operational life and consistent, quality surface finishes with improved tool life. E715 is hard water stable and rejects tramp oil for easy removal. It is resistant to fungus and bacteria, and free of chlorine and sulfurized additives. E715 is also easy to maintain and designed for simple disposal without the need for any special handling. These low-maintenance requirements enable machine operators to run the fluid for long periods without any additives.
