Tap Magic has transformed its high-performance formula into a solid stick form, offering a professional grade cutting fluid in a sold Waxx Stick. It is well suited for vertical saws, grinders or polishing operations such as grinding, sawing, polishing, drilling, tapping or any operation on most metals when a liquid cutting fluid is not desirable.
The company says the stick can significantly improve surface finish and prolong tool life. The stick form gives users extreme pressure performance in a mess-free form to decrease working temperature and protect tooling, all while cleaning up easily.
The stick is useful for tough metalcutting applications that will not allow for liquid lubricants. It can improve the work precision, whether users are grinding for metal removal or finishing, sawing for quick, smooth cuts, or any type of metalcutting
