Komet of America to be Renamed Ceratizit Chicago

Komet’s company name changed as of July 27, 2018, from Komet of America Inc. to Ceratizit Chicago Inc. The new name reflects our recent acquisition and integration into the global Ceratizit Group. Nevertheless, this name change will not impact our ongoing terms and contracts.
