Etna Products’ Masterall 1300 is a water miscible, medium oil, low foaming semi-synthetic fluid designed for high pressure coolant (HPC) systems. This coolant has been tested in the field on multi-metal machining operations with HPC systems at 1,000 psi and can be used for drilling carbon steel, high speed steel, cast steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze and brass.
In addition to the low foaming properties, the coolant has biostability, emulsion stabilities in various water qualities, ferrous rust protection and aluminum stain inhibition. It does not contain chlorinated alkanes, DCHA, secondary amines or triazine.
