Zagar Inc.'s machining center multi-spindle drill and tap heads are created for high production drilling and tapping for automotive, aerospace, appliance, electronics, stamping and die casting industries. The multi-spindle heads are custom made in numerous spindle pattern configurations to meet specific manufacturing needs. Additionally, the heads can be configured to adapt to many standard vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers equipped with BT, CAT and HSK spindle connections.

Zagar Inc. multi-spindle heads have made machining centers more effective and efficient by employing its gearless technology. This allows the company to create products capable of drilling customer products with random spindle patterns with very close centers, the company says.
